Redesign challenge
Carnegie Mellon University’s Human-Computer Interaction Institute organized a
challenge to redesign the department’s
website. Christian Reyes and I ended up winning 1st place in the campus-wide competition. I was responsible for designing the interface, and Christian took the lead on gathering user feedback and research. I am currently working as an independent consultant as the department overhauls its web presence and implements my designs.

We analyzed the web presence of peer institutions like MIT Media Lab and Stanford d.school

Google Analytics data for the current site was used to inform many design decisions

Our winning designs were presented at a reception for HCII students by the director of the undergraduate program
